General Terms and Conditions (GTC) of Ketter-Kunst
1. Scope These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed through the Ketter-Kunst online shop. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these GTC.
2. Contracting parties and conclusion of contract The purchase contract is concluded with Ketter-Kunst. The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to order. By clicking the order button, the customer places a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of the order will be sent via email, but this does not constitute acceptance of the contract. The contract is only concluded upon an express order confirmation or shipping confirmation.
3. Prices and shipping costs All prices in the online shop are final prices and include VAT. Shipping costs may apply, which will be displayed during the ordering process. For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional customs duties and fees may apply, which are to be borne by the customer.
4. Terms of payment Payment is made at the customer's discretion, either in advance, via PayPal, credit card, or other payment methods offered in the online shop. The invoice amount is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract.
5. Delivery and retention of title Delivery will be made to the delivery address provided by the customer. Delivery times are stated on the product page. The goods remain the property of Ketter-Kunst until full payment is received.
6. Right of withdrawal Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day on which the customer or a third party takes possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform Ketter-Kunst of their decision by means of a clear declaration (e.g., by email or post). Further information on the right of withdrawal can be found in the withdrawal policy.
7. Warranty and Liability Statutory warranty rights apply. Ketter-Kunst is only liable for damages caused by gross negligence or intent. Liability for slight negligence is excluded unless essential contractual obligations have been violated.
8. Data protection The personal data required for business transactions will be treated confidentially. Further information can be found in the privacy policy.
9. Final provisions Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. The place of jurisdiction shall be the registered office of Ketter-Kunst, to the extent permitted by law.
